He holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the Instituto Panamericano De Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) in Mexico City, an affiliate of Harvard Business School.

Some honors include the following: “Ethics in America Award” by the Passkeys Foundation and Chapman University in June of 1999. The Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce gave him a special "Education Award" in 2001, recognizing his work educating the Latino community. In October 2005, the National Society of Hispanics MBAs awarded Eduardo the “Brillante Award” as the National Entrepreneur of the year for his involvement in developing a better Latino Community.

He has appeared on several radio and television programs and writes periodically for La Opinion’s business section, the leading Spanish-language newspaper in Southern California. Furthermore, desiring to educate the Latino community, Eduardo created a “Start-Up” kit along with two 24-hr. courses “Creando Tu Negocio Exitoso” I & II (Creating Your Successful Business I & II); offered through the University of Southern California (USC), the Orange County Workface Investment Board, Santa Ana WORK Center. He has presented his entrepreneurial program, a series of thirteen business seminars in Spanish, at the University of Southern California (USC) thanks to the Kauffman Foundation.

Dr. Claudia A. White is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and Management Consultant who specializes in researching, analyzing, developing and training individuals to grow and to rise to their highest potential within their living and work environments. During the past eight years she has worked with many individuals and organizations to significantly improve their quality of work-life, quality of customer service, improve work relations, create productive team environment and increase worker productivity.

Claudia has extensive experiences in a number of industries including banking, airline, health care, higher education, real estate, government agencies, and counseling. She has worked successfully in both the domestic and international arenas.

As a consultant, she has worked in several large organizations conducting needs assessments, analyzing work relations, developing performance strategies and delivering training programs. Her goal is to meet the customers where their needs exist; therefore, programs are tailored to meet specified and identified criteria.

Dr. White has worked in the international arena in the area of tourism development and hospitality. In the domestic arena, she has served numerous organizations in strategic planning, organizational development, training, customer retention, team development, employee, leadership and workforce development. She continues to do research and to teach at the university level for the in the areas of management and psychology.
