The intent of this Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is to gather the thoughts, ideas opinions and feedback of all employees of ABC Inc. The goal is to evaluate the overall performance of the organization, so that programs and processes can be improved and implemented; in this way, we can make ABC Inc. a better place to work.
